Using different emails

So are offers still going to approve if I use a different email address to sign up for them than what is on my FC account?  I have a different email account that I use when I am unsure if I will get a bunch of spam and I just wanted to know if this affects whether we get the money for the offer or not.

You only need your FC email account for daily surveys, cashouts and offer important mail from FC such as confirmation of completing an offer(usually in your spam folder). I heard that using periods in your gmail makes the offers think it's a different email even though it's the same one  .
