I saw our first snowfall of the year in today.  It wasn't much, just very light and enough to put a slight dusting on the ground early this morning.  But it made you realize winter is fastly approaching.  I thought it was very fitting, being December 1st, that the first snow came today. :)

Well, I guess winter is here to stay in Michigan. Snow is still on the ground but roads are clear. This is only for south central MI - I am not sure how things are in the Upper Peninsula, or just south of them. Hope everyone will be safe!

We had a light dusting on Thanksgiving Day, which made for a nice ride up to the family's house.

It's been snowing in Butler, PA the last few days and if the crazy winter we had last year was any indication, then yes it will be a white Christmas.

We had about six inches last night.  In MN it will probably stay until spring.  The sun is shining and the evergreen trees and other trees are all coated with snow.  It is very pretty.  But, I will be glad to ship any or all of this snow to anybody who wishes to have it.  I am not a fan of winter.

 8)  If you want snow, come to Colorado.  It snows an average of 1 foot a day in the high country everyday so far this season.  It stays till spring!!!

Love the snow, and should get some this week-end sometime.  The cold here is a damp cold so it goes right through you when you are outside and there's any kind of wind.  Don't like the wind at all, no matter what season it is.  It's cold enough today to snow, and it may still yet.  I'm going to the store in about 10 minutes for some groceries just in case I can't get out for a few days.  I've been snowed in before and love it.

As I sit and write this I am watching it snow like crazy....they are calling for a possible 1-2 ft by Tuesday.  We are in the snowbelt area in Ohio.

No snow in Parker Colorado although we have had two storms...they typically melt by the next day. 45 minutes to West would have me in two feet of snow...up in the mountains.
