while i dont KNOW..... i would think fraud played a part..... along with the economy sucking as it does.

a friend of mine that owns a trucking company just let go of 10 drivers and is selling 10 of his trucks.

another owner of another company has cut back on safety bonuses for his drivers.... when his drivers complained.. he said its either that or he was cutting some drivers.
