Ok, so I recently tore my acl and i am not able to work at the moment, me and my girlfriend are expecting a baby in about 6 months and i need to get an income coming in to support my girl friend and our new baby. So I need to get started ASAP and dont have the time to really search the forums in detail and instead am asking for either some direct advice on how to get started. Or a link to a begginers forum or something.

I would start doing the paid emails, the paid to click, and watching the videos. The surveys are also good if you qualify, and the daily tasks (special offers section) take some time but I think they are worth it.

Thank you for your help. On the emails will it say paid e-mail in the offer?
and are there other simular sites to this one or does anyone know of any othe at home make money legit sites like data entry or anything?

Take advantage of the bonuses you receive getting referrals. You could make up to $8 a person. Don't do it illegitimately though. You could write an article reviewing Fusion Cash and post a banner to the website. That way, whoever is reading it, might happen to sign up and you'll get to collect!  This one guy made over twenty thousand dollars on referrals alone!
