I got scammed by WinCash247, too! I reached the amount to cash out but when I tried they said I needed to have more. After spending about a hundred bucks on the site I finally gave up. I tried to cancel my account and e-mails with them and it did no good. So now whenever I receive e-mail from them I just delete them. A good safe site for gaming that works with PayPal is World Winner games through InBox Dollars. I have received several cash rewards from them and highly enjoy their games.
