PayPal account/forum bonus question

Is a paypal account necessary for a cashout I see on my account information page is states -
  "There must be an active PayPal account at the payment email address"
Does this mean you can't cashout unless you have a PayPal account eventhough I have checked the method of payment by check. I am going to cashout in about 2 weeks and was wondering before I do. Did not want to run into any trouble cashing out.

I have also heard - Don't know to be true that you don't get the $3 monthly forum bonus unless you have at least cashed out one time - Is this true ?

I wouldn't see why you wouldn't want to receive your payment through PayPal. It's much faster than paper in the mail; not to mention, one of the safest methods used for transaction.

I don't how to respond to your second question, being a new user myself. I hope someone will be able to shed light on this enquiry.

You can be paid through PayPal, direct deposit, or regular check by mail. That being said, NO, you don't have to have a PayPal account. Why would you if you're going to be paid by paper check?

Anyone can get the $3 bonus for posting 30 helpful posts in the forum.
