Kraft Videos

I have tried to do the Kraft Videos.  It is age restricted.  At least that is what my offers say.   I am 65.  I put in my date of birth and I am told "I am sorry.  This is for another age group".  I do not understand why I do not qualify for the Kraft Videos because I am 65.  Many other FC members have done these offers.  And they are recipes - recipes that sound good.  Has anyone else been denied this offer due to age?  Can anyone help me understand why I would not be eligible for Kraft recipes because I am 65?

I had the same response over the last two days.  Plus it locked up my PC for a time.  There may be a problem on the sender's side.  Don't understand why a Kraft commercial should be age restricted in the first place.

I was able to do one Kraft video on the 19th.

swogden, thanks for your reply.  I am with you.  I can not understand why a Kraft video would be age restricted.  I may open a support ticket and ask why.  I cook.  I buy food.  I eat.   I think that there is a mistake somewhere.   I posted the Pillsbury offer to my facebook page and at least one friend noticed.  And commented on the recipe.  Why would Kraft limit a recipe for garlic mashed potatoes to certain age groups?

You must be too young to view the video!     I would keep trying, must be a system thingy.

Yeah, it's ridiculous to have an age requirement for recipes...What, 65 year old's don't cook? The age restrictions aren't necessary. I can see if they're showing X-rated videos, but they're not.

Yes, I would open a support ticket and find out. The recipes are really good and look really easy. I can't wait to try the baked brie!
