Tomorrow is the big Turkey day and I have been cooking all day and have nothing for dinner!  I think we are going to go out for mexican tonight!   :wave:

I made myself pancakes.  Was going to be chicken stir fry, but just didn't have the motivation.  mmmmm - pancakes....   ;D

cornflake crusted chicken breast, pan roasted baby red potatoes with olive oil and rosemary, steamed green beans with butter and sesame seeds, and homemade angel food cake with fresh strawberries for dessert. suffice it to say that everyone left the table STUFFED!
