:cat:  We brought the tree in today, just need to decorate it.  We do have our wreath out front, and our fireplace mantle is decorated with lights and other things.  At least we've started on it! :)

:dontknow: I am not sure if or when I will put up a tree this year, my kids are grown and 2 out of 3 are living over 50 miles away, the youngest lives with me, but as of yet I am still deciding "where" to move furniture just in case I do decide to put up a tree this year, if I don't there will still be decorations put up and out for Christmas, after all it is the importance of being with the ones you love (family) during this time of year, not how the house is decorated, even though decorating is fun!

Yes our tree went up the week before Thanksgiving, As soon as my daughter saw the trees decorated at Walmart ours had to go up lol.  She reminds me about 100 times a day what Santa is bringing her, which is whatever toy commercial might happen to be on at the moment lol.

;D We put up ours this weekend, I have little ones and figured out a great way to have fun with the kids and they loved it!I got tinsel and some little thumb tacks and let them make little christmas trees on the wall..its easy and for them and doesn't make a mess and easy to take down. They had a ball putting them up :-) I figured I would share that so others could try it, it's great family time too.

ARE THERE ANY EARLY BIRDS OUT THERE WHO HAVE PUT THEIR CHRISTMAS TREE UP YET? WELL I HAVE AND I AM WORKING ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOME.

This year decided no tree, newly separated, however, I do have a palm tree in my living room so I put lights on it and some snow flake decorations.  It works just as good.  And hung some stocking shapped lights in the window.  I did this all before Thanksgiving which is early for me.
