Star Wars. Who agrees that it's gone to hell?

Yes I am a Star Wars Fan but mainly of the old movies and alot of the games but here recently who agrees with me that Star Wars has just gone to hell with these cartoons and all this stuff now.  I would like to hear everybodies opinions and comments on this especially from the Star Wars Freaks I always love to hear things from the Star Wars Freaks .

My husband put me onto StarWars and I fell in love with it! I really love the movies. My problem is that I feel that all these new cartoons and such are just to milk the dedicated fans that will buy anything Star Wars. To me it cheapens the brand and makes people more inclined to dislike StarWars. If I saw the cartoon first I would have never bothered to watch the movies. They are cheapening the brand if you ask me.

I used to love it, but it's been in a permanent downward spiral since 1999.  I gave it up and decided to ignore it a long time ago, because the constant advertising got annoying.

yeah, it's gone down hill a bit, but not "to hell" so to speak...I think a lot of movies are similar in that regard, they
eventually fade a bit until something new comes around-Star Wars is still a huge hit though for many, that's for sure.

I've watched some of the episodes from the Star Wars cartoon, and I thought it was an OK show. It may exist to milk the fans, but with so many crappy cartoons, I think Star Wars is one of the better ones currently airing.
