Soldiers that had a lot of luck

We all know how cruel and gloomy wars can be, and every second out on the battle field is like a game of gambling whether the soldiers will survive or not. These pictures show how many soldiers survived bullet shots because of their helmets and uniforms. One of them can even thank his iPod for saving his life, but the helmets are for the most part the biggest lifesavers.

You can just imagine what went through their heads when they realized that they are still alive after being hit. It is probably the worst and the best feeling at the same time. It has got a lot of soldiers to stop and think about their duty, and wanting to return home. But although these men got away with it, let us not forget the ones that weren’t so lucky.
