Hey everyone, my name is Randall and this is my 2nd day here. I made this subject to keep all of my questions here. So far, I only understand the daily $0.15 offer. I did the ClipNGo offer under the "free/no cc needed" section yesterday and I'm not getting any credit for it. I did all the requirements for the offer and I closed the window to see if I got the credit. I figure the offers would work the same way as on Cashcrate. You just complete the offer and hit "submit" or close the window. So, am I doing anything wrong?

oh yeah, I got my 1st daily cash email this morning and I click on the link inside the email. I was sent here to Fusioncash with a message that says: You must click on the advertisement below to confirm your Daily Cash Email and earn your $0.02 reward.

I already click a few times now and I don't see anything happening yet. I'm really lost and confused now :(

Welcome to FC.
I think u are doing it ryt. Unlike cashcrate, you do not have to hit any submit button. Once you complete an offer, it automatically gets credited.

Just like $0.15 offer, u can do the daily email for $0.02 and the daily surveys. Don't worry, its only ur 2nd day here. You will start to understand in a few days time...

Once u click the email,  click on the advertisement.
A new window will open with the particular advertisement. You must stay in the page for a few seconds and then close the window.
Now check the "Account" tab in Fusioncash and you will see a credit of $0.02.

I cannot speak on Cashcrate because I am not familiar with it at all. I can tell you this though as far as here on FC. Whenever you do an offer or a survey, you need to keep the 'completion' or 'congratulations/survey submitted' pages OPEN so that they are given time to credit. Some will take a little longer than others, but do NOT close the pages as soon as you get to the end of them. It also is to your advantage to clear out your cookies and cache before doing offers.

When you complete an offer, especially surveys, keep the browser window open on your screen for 5-8 minutes...I've learned it helps in the credit process     

As a new member you may be interested in checking out the following...
Under the "Support Topic" in this forum, go to "Updated:  FLOREZITTA'S BEGINNERS GUIDE to FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS"

Under the "Offer Topic" in this forum, go to "Offer Crediting Tips" from FC Member "Cuppycake"
 
Do not do too many offers back to back.....You need to give the Advertisers some time between offers to credit them

If you completed an offer on another site & you try to do it on FC as well, you will probably not receive credit for it here (again)

Just remember, if you do not receive credit neither does FusionCash

I must be doing something wrong with the daily cash email offer. I know it should be easy to do. I opened the email from Fusioncash and click on the link inside. Then, it sends me back to Fusioncash with a message about a advertisement. I tried to click everywhere on the screen and its not doing anything. So, whats going on?

Have you signed-up for or done the ClipNGo offer in the past at another site?  You mentioned using CashCrate.  If so, that's why you're not seeing credit for it.

As far as your daily cash e-mail, there should be an ad or banner to click on within the e-mail.  Based on your screenshot, I don't see any.  Not exactly sure what's going on with that for you.

I did all of that, and I STILL don't get credited for the $.02 daily email.  Opened a support ticket and that didn't help either.  But at least I can do the 15 cent daily and it gets credited immediately.  So I just poke around and find other stuff to do, so it's not too bad.

It could just be a "glitch"  :P

If it occurs again, submit a SUPPORT TICKET to Customer Service for further assistance...if you can, include the Screenshots  ;)
Click the "Support" Link @ the bottom of any FC Page for an explanation on how to submit a TICKET

Also, make sure to CLEAR YOUR COOKIES before attempting any daily tasks, offers or surveys  :notworthy:

I'm so dumb, I had my ADblock Plus on yesterday when I checked my email from FC and thats why I couldn't see any advertisement. I finally figured it out LOL.
