Make Newbies Read the rules before they join the forum

I have seen alot of referral links on the forums lately.  Seems like a lot are newbies so I suggest when they attempt to join the forum they be taken to the rules to read them. I guess they might need to acknowledge they read them before joining. What do you think? Please don't ask how this is done...I'm not that technical

That's an interesting thought. I've seen a few newbies post links to other sites and so on and so forth, and I was thinking to myself, "That's exactly what the rules tell you not to do!" Like I said, that's a good thought you brought up!
