Can either of you get unemployment?

There are things you can do online to earn a little extra money.  So far, I'm expecting 31+33 in checks and I've received 8.5 in my paypal already plus I've got about 3 on my amazon account.  Its not huge amounts of money, but it will help.

I heard about this site called Fusionc--oh wait...

My advice-
1.) Don't wait. Keep applying at other places.
2.) Don't be the "stupid american" stereotype and buy things you do not need with the money you do not have.
3.) Buy food/attire at discount stores and such. Don't go buying things at Maurices.
4.) If you don't know how to cook, learn how. This site is awesome for this type of stuff and can help in other areas too-- http://www.howcast.com/
5.) Keep yourself and your finance away from WoW or LoL. My friends play them and they suck up a ton of time.
6.) CHIN UP!

Why do you think you're getting turned down? Is it something on your resume that you may have overlooked?

Do you clip coupons?  I have ebt and I use coupons...otherwise, the amount that my family gets would definitely not feed us for a whole month.  You can find coupons online and print them out...just be careful that you're not tempted to buy something just because you have the coupon for it...its not saving money if you don't need it.

You also might want to check out your local cheapcycle and freecycle on yahoo groups.  My daughter has enough 3T clothes to last her because I found an email on cheapcycle from someone selling theirs for $25... and she literally had no clothes that size beforehand.  I figure there is no shame in buying used, because everything I buy always ALWAYS gets washed before it gets used.  Last year we bought my daughter's birthday gift at a resale shop, and saved 75%.  This year, I refused to buy something unless it was on sale.  She got a dress, four t-shirts, pajamas, a backpack, and a board book, and we spent right around $20.  I also found a coupon code online for our daughter's Christmas gift this year.  We're getting her the elmo potty toy (it comes with an elmo doll and a toy potty, and it flushes).  It is nearly $40 on amazon, and I found it on toys r us for $20 plus I'm using a coupon for free shipping and I have a $3 off coupon from her birthday.  Good deals are there to find, they just take a little work to find them.

I make my Christmas gifts... sugar, corn syrup, butter, heavy cream, vanilla and nuts of your choice. Go to all recipes.com and look up caramels and add the nuts and folks will love you!
