He finally Proposed

Together for 5 years and he pops the question 3 days after our 5th anniversary. Of course I said yes and we have set the date for November 2nd 2012.

He took my picture when we were coming home from the place he proposed and I had got a pickle.

You should keep the bag and put it in your scrapbook with the picture.  My husband's proposal was significantly less romantic... not to get into any details, but lets just say it occurred after a burst of adrenaline with the words "Hey, lets get married" and I honestly thought he was joking, so I said "yeah, sure, let's elope.  Eff everyone else!"  Two weeks later he was introducing me as his fiance and I was like "huh?"  A year later, I got a ring.

  2012 Ohhh well, don't feel bad my boyfriend never popped up the question I had to kinda force him LOL after 11 years. We had a great Wedding, almost 15 years happily married now.

Oh sweetie, how wonderful!!  What do you need...or want?  I just saw this thread, and thought...how could I have missed this!  Are you going to have a big wedding or a small home affair?  I absolutely adore weddings.  I would go to a wedding everyday of the year.

I'm so excited!  You have to tell us all the details as you go along, with pics of course...lol  The pickle gives this occasion a whimsical touch.....lol  Man do you have to be so far away in Florida?  How in the world can I help you go shopping in Florida?

PLEASE tell me that you are not in a fast food drive thru!!!!! The reason I say this is because one of my lame~*bleep* ex-boyfriends(who was way too old for me at the time and wanted to keep me from going to college!) proposed to me in a Taco Bell drive through......In Brenham, Texas.....One horse town....... in the middle of the night..........Blubell Ice cream Country???!!!!!  Geez, SO MUCH FOR MAKING IT A SPECIAL MOMENT ! "Would you like a *bleep* shop CZ ring with your 3 taco's and a coke?!!!There were no wedding bells ringing in my head, I'm pretty sure it was a nearby train passing through.......

I think the Blubell Cow was laughing her booty off at me in the field next to the taco bell having witnessed that hilarious saddnes!

That was SOOOO embrarassing and strange, and I really don't like Taco bell that much anymore.......LOL
