I have been posting like crazy. I don't understand y your only posting 3. when you reply to a post that counts as 1 post understand. You need 30 of them to qualify for the 3.00.

When you go to submit your post they are asking for your best three to look at. You dont submit all 30 they can tell if you have gotten your 30 for the month.

Duh you answered the question correctly I misunderstood the question. Yes when you have posted 30 and are ready to submit for your 3 dollar a month you only are going to submit your best 3.

What kind of ISP connection are you using?

I have this problem alot with Internet Explorer 7. It also happens with Firefox, but the wording is different.  And it happens with alot of sites, not just FC.

I suspect it has more to do with the internet connection than the particular site.  I use dial-up which is dependent on the clarity of the phone line -- still old copper wiring instead of Fios.  Too solve, I just refresh the page and usually the site comes up.  If that doesn't work, I disconnect and restart the ISP connection.  (I check my ISP connection speed and if it's less than 30, I try to connect again until I get the speed up.).

I'm hoping that when Verizon puts in Fios in my complex that the clarity will improve.  If not, I'll try broadband.

If they ask you to take another survey, it's because you did not qualify on the previous one.  Yes, sometimes you will go thru several pages before your DQ, but it happens.  Just keep trying with the next survey.  The other day I went thru 15 DQ's and then they ran out of surveys -- but that because of my demographics.  You may qualify quicker.

When you get the "congrads" page which tells you that you've completed the survey, keep it open for several minutes and check your account page to see that it has credited.  If it hasn't credited in 10 minutes, copy the congrads page into an email that you can send to support (along with particulars of the survey).  No guarantee that you'll get credited, but at least FC can check into it.

Thats a good tip. I got credited for a survey I took last week I was credited within min. It wasn't much but it still looked great in my account

I had the problem of not getting FC to come up for thee first time last night. It is not a thing that happens to me often. I am sure they have glitches once in a while.
As  for the surveys, I a have had pretty good luck with them, it takes a bit of time but I usually can get 2 completed and they have always credited for me. You can always submit a ticket if you feel you are not getting credit for comlpletions.

There is really no point in doing that, it is a waste of time. FC has NO control over surveys not crediting. Just a heads up based on my own experience. ;)

I too, had a problem getting logged into FC last night....it's like it wasn't connecting, so I was guessing that it may have been a server issue??  :dontknow:
