I've never had fake nails and don't want them. I've seen coworkers trying to get them off at work because one or two of them fall off and it looks like a pain. And they make your nails look funky when you do get them off cause of the glue. Doesn't look healthy.

Fake nails are not good for you.  I went to nail school and believe me they damage your real nails.  when you apply the fake ones your natural nails loose the ability to breathe properly and tend to get infected or disintegrate.  if you must have fake ones my advice would be to get silk wrap nails.  they are the lesser of the evils.

I use to wear fake nails a long time ago.  But they are hard to work in and would fall off and then they would look a mess.  My own nails grow out ot a certain lenght now and look a whole lot better.

Very few acrylics look real or good.  I like natural.  I can't believe so many people spend so much money on something like this!!

I tihnk naturally slightly long nails are best.  I think its *bleep* hilarious when some preppy girl has on fake nails and then they cant pick up and/or use a pencil, push 90 buttons on the cash register as the ring you up, or break them  :-X

I prefer natural nails.

Personally I think the long fake nails look "fake".  I do not think they are appealing at all.

As a man I think they look good. I also think you can save a lot of money polishing you nails at home, and changing the color more often without paying $15 - $25.

Artificial nails rarely look good; most people do them wrong by getting ones that are way too big and end up looking like a scary, creepy lady.  I personally have never tried them because my nails are great on their own.  I think they are just one more example of unnecessary superficiality.
