I use to work full time them switched to part time due to my husband wanting me to be home more with our new baby (he is 17 months now). I actually quit my job as an admissions clerk in an emergency room. I have an Assoc in Applied Science in Health Care and know most of the ins and outs of property and causality insurance (from working in an insurance agency’s office for 3 years). I am now a stay at home mom who would like nothing better to get into a work from home data entry (a real data entry) position. A real part time job that pays every week or biweekly. I thought about transcription but I type nowhere near what they are asking for. And as far as what I really want to do (that concerns my degree) is billing and coding (medical of course) but with that I need my CCS (credentials). That will cost me $400 for the test itself and another $100 - 200 for each coding book plus a medical dictionary, which would be 3 books (one is a set so 4 or 5 I believe now). Just an FYI, when you go to a nontraditional college/university (I myself went to Herzing University - campus Kenner, LA) make sure you get everything you need INCLUDING your certification paid for and any information needed to take the test. I tell you people feed on people’s misery when all they are/were trying to do is get out of a horrible funk (aka Hurricane Katrina and Rita).URGH!
So back to topic, work from home. I would love to sell AVON or MARY KAY but if I had the money to start I do not think I would need it that bad. Most of our money goes towards the main bills we have and our son (his diapers, wipes, OMG all the milk *I am lactose*, clothes *usually from the second time around store for kiddos*, doctors, meds, and food (for the whole house), and so on...
Stay at home mommy wanting to work.

Last Summer I tried selling AVON. It only cost $10 to get started. I found out after trying that my area was over populated with Reps. My "boss lady" told me they didn't have enough Reps for the demand. Do some research before you try AVON. Look up on their website and looks up 'Find a Representative" and see how many are in your area. Also talk to a few of your neighbors and see if they know any. I would definitely suggest that before getting into it but other than that, AVON is very easy to start.
I make my own all-natural body products so it was hard for me to put my best effort into AVON when I plan on making a side living with my own products (also with my Nana)
I might also have another opportunity for you. Depends on what you would be looking to do. Um, I don't want to put too much information on it on here because it is a limited spot type thing. It's for my actual business and I am looking to only train 3 people and I have 2 going right now but that doesn't mean they will succeed. If you are interested in more information on this e-mail me at kaytlins.momma032310@hotmail.com.
Good luck- I wish I could find a good program online that worked so I could share it and help everyone out.
