I cashed out on August 31st in hopes I would receive payment by the 20th of September. I'm worried though because     under cashout it says my cashout is pending. Why hasn't it been approved yet? Is this normal and will I get my payment on the 20th of this month?

My problem is that for some reason i wasnt able to cashout untill the 2nd due to paypal being down im not sure if it was fusion cash or paypal, but i was wondering when ill get paid the 20 of sept. or the 20th of oct?  because i already have anouther cash out that i want to do but i know if i cancel i will not get paid till oct. for sure..... does any know? or should i just wait and see? lol thanks
