yes I find the surveys to be very frustrating from time to time.  However best thing i can suggest is to clear all your cookies before starting surveys. after completeing a survey clear cookies and re logon to fusion cash.  Hope this helps you.

Agree with the previous post that clearing your temporary files and cookies will help.  Suspect it helps because it reduced the amount of memory used for temp files.  Also make sure that your pop-up blocker and ad blockers are off.  Check any toolbars and make sure their pop-up blockers are off too.

I've occasionally had problems with surveys having tech problems and downloading problem if it has videos (I am on dial-up which slows that down alot).  Usually there is a email address they give you just as you start the survey to contact them if you have problems.  Jot that down just in case.  It won't get you credit when you contact them, but it will give you satisfaction of letting them know of the problem you had.  When/if you hear from them will also let you know that that site is worth trying again.

Other than that, just keep trying.  I've had good luck with GUY2c (Give Us Your 2Cents), with minimal technical problems.  When you do get to the final page, keep the page open until you see the credit booked to your FC account.  I usually have another tab/window open to my account page and refresh it every couple of minutes to see if the survey has credited. It usually credits in less than 5 minutes. If I don't see the credit in 10 minutes, I just chalk it up to loss of communication and try another day.

You may only complete one survey from each survey site once in 24 hours.  If you disqualify (DQ) for a survey, you can continue to try until you succeed (except for My Thought Counts -- they seem to have a daily limit on how many you can try, tho I don't know what it is -- and it applies to any and all GPT sites you visit)

My demographics are such that I usually complete 1 survey for each 10 I try for.  Sometimes I'm lucky and complete one early; the other day it took 12 tries before I found a match.  Keep trying and good luck!

I use Firefox for doing surveys and have never had any issues (besides not qualifying for the survey). I usually have to take a survey at least twice to get credit for it. I guess it's just my demographics.

Surveys are the majority of what my earnings have come from here on FC. Different things work for different people, as I took all 4 surveys tonight without ever clearing cookies or leaving the FC site and all 4 credited within minutes of finishing. It's just something ya gotta get comfortable with and find what works best for you. I have found that clearing cookies really only makes a difference on the free offers with the yes/no path, etc. And YES, alot can depend on your demographics and what the companies are looking for. Just remember that if you don't qualify for one, keep trying and eventually you will qualify... Also if you are taking surveys on "other" sites, be it GPT or Survey sites then chances are you will struggle with getting qualified for the ones available on FC. I usually hit the daily surveys on FC first thing before I get into any other surveys for the day and this method has been very good to me...  8)

All 4 surveys completed and credited for today.... FC ROCKS!!

I did 4 survey's yesterday, and 2 today and while I did qualify for them, I didn't receive credit.

I'm begining to wonder is this worth my time if I take 30 minutes to do one survey and not receive credit for it?

I've completed and received confirmation for 13 surveys I've taken from 10-13-10 to 10-20-10 and I STILL haven't been paid.In past I've had a few that I never got paid for,but not like this!!!Spending this much time to complete surveys and then get nothing is very depressing and makes you wonder if this is going on with others?
I have notified product support with my question/complaint and I haven't heard back.In past ,they always respond with---"if you don't get paid,we(fusion cash) don't get paid and that it can take up tp 7 days to get my credit and fusion cash doesn't have any control over whether we get paid--sorry".As all of you know,if you DON'T get the credit within MINUTES of completion--there will be none.Does anyone suspect that fusion cash IS getting their money and they are just not passing  it on to us for some reason all of the sudden? My recent contact to support on the 18th shows as open.I hope I will hear from someone that has an answer to why this has happened to such a degree and deny or confirm a problem with the website and if it there is a "kink",it is bing corrected and I will get my credits for all 13 surveys.I'm doing them to earn money and if I didn't need it,I wouldn't be spending so much time finding the ones I qualify for and then taking up to 30 minutes on some to complete, plus I enjoy them!!

I just took a survey--"give us 2 cents" from another web site and just received my credit for 80 cents.I thought
there might be a problem with GU2Cents getting my completed survey, but since I took it and already gotten paid
the problem is with fusion cash.If this other web site got paid and then paid me,then FC is getting paid also.It seems our problems of not getting credit for our confirmed surveys are not the fault of us.If we receive confirmation, the surveys are done correctly and we are supposed to be paid.It is strange to do 13 surveys in a row and not get paid for any of them. This has never happened before. In fact I'm waiting on my 4th check from FC and have been very pleased.I'm just concearned and need to know why all of a sudden FC is not paying.
