How do you get the banner at the bottom at the page?

How do you get the banner at the bottom at the page?
Is it allowed?
Aren't you not supposed to have referrals?

I haven't figured it out either.

Here is how you get it:
Click on te "Profile" icon at the top of the screen
Next look to the left side of the page for a section called "Modify"
In this section look for "Forum Profile Information" and click on it
Scroll down the page and look for the "Signature" section
In this section you can pick which color you want your banner to be
Click the Replace Sig with FC Signature banner
Then click change profile on the bottom
This should do it for ya hope it helped!
