Wth a new born... I dont know if i have a concrete bed time. he sometimes lets me sleep by 9 waking up every two hours if not 1 am. again waking up every two hours

On a worknight m-f  9:30p.m or 10 p.m. I don't like going to bed later than 10.

I try to get to bed by 11:00  on workdays ,   but on weekends i try to get most of my FC  posting done, so its a bit later than that when i turn in.

I try to go to bed around 11:30 but sometimes look at the clock and it is 1:00 am.  I slept until 11:00 today because I go so little sleep all week.

If any of my favorite sports teams are playing on the west coast, I'm usually up later
watching the games.

I don't really have a bed time.  I have to be in bed by 4 AM during the summer.  During school, it's 11 PM if I don't have that much homework.   I never object to it...ever.  When I have a ton of homework, I have permission to stay up as long as I need to.

I try and roll in by 12:30, but thats not realistic, friday night I was up till I cant even remember when, and I woke up at 4 in the afternoon, to the sound of my mom making dinner.

I would love to stay up later because I am a night owl as well but I am not very good at work the next day
