How do you check to see if your posts are good and if you've completed them for credit?

You can check how many posts you have in a month by clicking on the link at the top of the page that says paid to post yet..then go to the request form and theirs a counter that resets each month telling you how many you have for that month.  As for the quality of them  there is no real way to tell that I know of other than not posting simple one word answers to questions.  Or you can do what others have mentioned and use your three best posts when requesting payment.  I try to make sure all my posts are of some value but every now and then have a smaller post when having a conversation with another member.

I usually try to do more than 30 so they have more than enough qualifying posts to choose from.
