• Spider-Man has powers, Batman doesn't
• Spider-Man's only gadgets are his web shooters and tracking device.
• Batman has his baterangs, vehicles, armors, and many other gadgets.
• Spider-Man is a scientist, Batman collects lots of information about anything.
• Bruce Wayne is rich and owns a company.
• Peter Parker is a freelance photographer and struggles to get by.
• Both use their knowledge

Batman has a large advantage over Spider-Man and would probably win.

I got to go with Spider-Man

he has the ability to cling to walls, superhuman strength, his "spider-sense" to alert him to danger,  as well as superhuman speed and agility.

Batman has his Gadgets, Cars and Training but he is still just a man.

 I dont think spiderman or even batman are that tough! they would get killed by a real super hero like superman
