what do you guys think about a 48yr old man dating a 15yr old girl??....uhm personally if i was 15yrs old i wouldnt,dating would be the last thing on my mind.

...I don't personally think it's a good idea...but...what country is it in?  Is is legal?  Have the child's parents given consent? It would depend on whether it's acceptable to their society....

If it is, and it's their choice...okay then.  But normally I'd say no 15 year knows who they really want to be with forever, and an older man generally would not be the best choice.  They are better off finding someone closer to their own age.

Now if it's somewhere where adulthood is the age of consent (w/o parental permission), then this is definately wrong to me.

As long as no sexual activity is occuring, it is legal.  However, the age of consent is 16 minimum in all states, so if sexual activity is occuring, then the man can be charged with statutory rape, and the parents with contributing to the delinquincy of a minor.  And if money is involved, they could be charged with child prostitution.

it depends.......if its a 48 man dating a 15 girl then its wrong, but if its a 48 women dating a 15 guy it does not really bother me, but its still should be frowned upon. when it all comes down to it its all a double standard.
