Basically, they are little mini-surveys that you fill out and get a few cents each.  For some reason, I don't see the promotion for this week, but usually, you can just come and click on the link that isn't crossed out in the list in the first post, and then the current week's promotion will be explained there.

You may have just made it in time if you did the "Holiday Plans" promo, because that was last weekend's promo and Kohler has not yet posted the new promo for this weekend. The sooner you can do them when he posts them the better, and keep in mind that you'll get paid the following week just before he puts up the new promo.
