Is this an requirement because when it comes to sports, I will flunk and will end up doing this  .  So my FC family please help.

It's not a requirement - I don't know much about sports either, usually just guess, but it's a good way to get a few extra cents now and then.

To the people who are signing up with twice with opposite answers ensuring all wins, I am quite sure that is not the way to do it.  But it is a good way to make them quit doing the promotions, if people are constantly trying to "cheat" them out of money instead of playing honestly.

Depending on the severity of them cheating - they are either removed from the contest altogether or only the first answer is accepted.

Nice!  Gotta love people who think they are smart.  They will be the ones online later saying its a scam and they were banned for no reason.

The Sports Champ questions are NEW to the Tuesday Promotions and will be done for 3 months. You will pick the winner of a game as well as the score of the game. These are not for any monetary value but will help you become the Sports Champ at the end of the quarter and you will win a small prize for winning as well as forever be known as the Sports Champ of that quarter. The Sports Champs from that year will then go in a head-to-head contest to determine who is the Sports Champ of that entire year. You will get one point for guessing the winning team and five points if you guess the score correctly (must be 100% accurate to win points). A tally will be included with each contest so you can see where you fall. Obviously, if you play more you have more chances at becoming the best. They are not required to do the promotion and can be skipped over if you wish.

I know this is already the 6th month - so we are playing for the quarter of half of June, July, August, September. At the end of September - the winner will be announced.
