I'm pretty sure it does, yes. You can expect your direct deposit or pay pal on the 20th, whereas mailed checks go out on the 20th so then you'll have to wait. Me, I like getting mail, so I patiently wait ;)

Don't worry. Ur money is safe in FC Account just like ur bank. Just think u deposited it in the bank for a later use.
