Those funny shapes in the stars

What do you guys think about constellations in the stars? are they pure coincidence, an act of god, alien activity?

is it a book?
sorta off topic but, i saw THE greatest (in my opinion) alien based movie called district 9. If you haven't seen it i reccmend you do. some of it was kinda out of my theories for aliens if they were here but hey, it's fiction. Great movie though, it's about aliens tha are stranded on earth and are being put in a project-like area. the humans treat them so dispicably horrible. It was great.
but anyways..... I think constellations are probably just stars but we make shapes out of thembecause it's possible, like a game of connect-the-dots with unlimited possibility.

Yes it's a book. I did see that movie, it was pretty good. I'm waiting for District 10 LOL.

My personal take on the constellations is that God made everything and He doesn't do anything by accident. Could I tell you His reasons for making shapes in the stars? Nah. Maybe it was to keep us from getting bored lol.
