I'm guessing that we need to log in from the same IPS address...I try doing these surveys from home computer and it says  error and the videos don't load

Why would it be against the rules? And if your not sure, message support about it.

Its best to just use your home computer, that way there is no risk of someone else logging into FC and costing you your account. see rules below. I also attached the link to the rules page, in case you needed!

Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household. A "household" is defined as a single dwelling (including basements, attics, extensions, etc). Should a user be a member of more than one household, he/she must be the only FusionCash user in each of those households.
Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.
Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.
Users must not use a proxy or otherwise attempt to mask or reroute their connection.

Hope this helps!

Technically it is against the rules but I think if it is very occasional you are probably OK. I think just logging on might be OK but if you are completing offers that way it could be more of a problem.

I think it is and I think you could be banned from FC for doing so.   I have always been confused by some of the rules.  Right now, I am using my IPad with AT&T service.  And that is ok.  I am traveling. Usually I use my Macbook. I have service from my cable company at home.  Just to be safe, you should open a ticket and ask staff or administrator.

I don't think it's "against the rules" but if two accounts collide on one IP address, then you might get in trouble because it will look like you have two accounts.

You can log on from another computer and look at your account. As long it's the same email address you can do surveys. I tried it when I was at school on my breaks, between classes. You still get credit.

I don't see why it would be against the rules.

Because what if MY computer crashes?

What if I buy a MacBook Pro and decide to take it to town with me in an internet cafe?  What if I want the same to be hooked up to satellite here?

I have an additional laptop, in case my desktop here decides to croak and hurl itself.

Cause this ole PC isn't going to last forever.

They should allow for cases like that.  Peoples' PCs and Macs do sometimes die.

I can also get online via my iPod Touch, and some others who have iPhones can do the same.

So many variables and things could go wrong with equipment.

Nothing is forever, you know.

But if your PC dies and you replace it that would still be your own PC if you bought a new one.. I believe its more that its your own internet connection that you pay for and that no one else uses fusion cash from that IP.  I would imagine that is to prevent people from making multiple accounts to cheat the system and earn twice as much as well as the referral bonuses.  If you change your internet service that's still your IP that you pay for.  I just recently changed providers which in turn changed my IP and ran into no problems but I have never logged in from another house or someone else's IP.  The rules clearly state you cannot log in on a shared internet connection such as the library or schools.  I have used two different computers that belong to me in my home on the same IP and never ran into any trouble.
