I have yet to hear a parent tell their kid in public they shouldn't have been born but the rest I see at least 2x a month. Sometimes we speak loudly enough to where the mom can hear but as someone said above maybe she was having a bad day but you should never have a bad enough day to say something that mean to your child.  If they were bruised etc then yea I'd call CPS.

You are absolutely correct! I do not think that anything that is going on in our lives should ever make us result into telling our children we wish they were never born. I know being a parent is one of the most difficult jobs in the world, but it is also an important part of that job to be a responsible, caring, understanding, and loving patent at all times.
