It is amazing how people will just go with the masses.  I hope everyone watches the Movie - "The Social Network".  It will be released on video Tuesday, January 11th.  See how Facebook is making BILLIONS of dollars from the ad revenue.  I am going to hang out with a Social Network which shares this ad revenue with the membership base.  Maybe its just me....

I agree, why not join a social network that shares the revenue?

I don't "like" any social networking sites, because they all have lots of annoying drawbacks.  I do have an account at most of them, however, because they also have certain advantages, like being able to keep in touch with people.  But I will gladly ditch them all as soon as something better comes along.

I'm intrigued by the sites mentioned earlier in this thread that share some of their revenues with the users.  I'll have to try them out sometime soon.
