i put my son at 10:00pm...if i'm late he start feely sleepy at 10:30pm

It depends on what time they need to get up in the morning. Anybody should go to bed before 10 to have a good night sleep.

I think kids should go to bed about 9:30, but it depends obn what time they need to get up.  Youngsters should get between 8 and 9 hours a nite.


I agree with you children need their rest at least 8-10 hours a night I know if my grandson who is 3 does not get enough sleep he gets cranky and whines all the time so 7-8pm for him is good especially as he has to be up early for daycare. the older boys are usually in bed no later than 8:30 9pm depending on various sports practices they both are into sports.
So it is a juggling act for their parents.  :)

I used to have a time, but then we spent 6 weeks in Scotland (and I think Alaska is that way too) and it does not get dark some days and before that our daughter's bedtime was when it was dark... this did not work in Scotland and other areas in the same latitude at all!
