After being absent in participating with FusionCash, I contacted customer support to inform them that my email had changed from rmorgan@maine.rr.com to rmorgan5@maine.rr.com. They found my account, I signed up on the Netflix offer; then I went to verify that my account had been credited the $20.00. I keep getting the message "Your account is unconfirmed. Please check your email from FusionCasha and click the confirmation link in it to receive your sign up bonus. Yet, I never receive an email at rmorgan5@maine.rr.com to do this. I already am a long time member and am not entitled to a sign up bonus. Any assistance you can give this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

[sent the 19th]
On the 14th there was a reply saying it would be fixed. Today is the 19th and I still can't access my account because it is still listed as "Unconfirmed". I followed the "telephone confirmation instructions and the "Have Confirmation Email Resent" instructions to no avail. I have not recevied one confirmation in many attempts to have one sent. What can be done? Thanks again, Rick Morgan
This seems simple to resolve, yet it is not done. Any suggestions. This is the only time I have had trouble with FusionCash. I have had great success in being with them and completing numerous offers.
