Ive never done it before myself but I have read that someone uses a green dot prepaid card for direct deposit so I would guess yes.

Paypal has no fees with fusioncash, fusioncash covers the cost. 

I don't know about the other cards.  I use direct deposit into my bank account.

I was using paypal and then transferring the cash to my checking account then DUH why not use direct deposit which I did last cash out money was there no problem do not know about a debit card either paypal or direct deposit has worked for me.  Good luck!

No, I don't think it has to be verified. But you should just incase.

Paypal well i haven't tried it but i would think that should be the same as deposit which gives you the amount on your check, besides its shouldn't charge you any fees.
