I have cubed tofu, breaded it, and fried it.  Its good served with white rice and soy sauce.

I also really enjoy doing sloppy joes with tofu.  The trick is to marinate it.

Grew up on the stuff, still use it.
So damned versatile. And I'm no a  vegetarian, but still love the stuff, so that has nothing to do with it.

I love tofu especially with soy sauce in a hot summer's day.

When I lived in Taiwan I ate a lot of tofu (or dofu as it's pronounced in Chinese).  I liked mapo dofu.  Here's a link to the recipe http://appetiteforchina.com/recipes/mapo-doufu-mapo-tofu.  They have vegetarian versions also here's one http://www.bigoven.com/recipe/19467/vegetarian-ma-po-tofu

Another tofu dish I loved was douha it's a desert like a soup. In the winter you serve it warm during the summers it's served cold.  Here's an easy recipe http://www.ehow.com/how_5043923_make-silken-tofu-ginger-syrup.html.  I made it before but it didn't taste as good as the kind I had in Taiwan but it was ok.

The last recipe is also a desert recipe.  They also sell the mix in Asian grocery stores.  It's called almond tofu it doesn't actually have tofu but it looks like tofu so that's what they call it.  Here's a recipe you can make yourself.  http://www.healthy-chinese-recipe.com/almond-tofu.html

Tofu simply scares me. I've tried to try it and I just cannot do it. Maybe I'll try to google it and find a recipe I might like.

I found this tofu cheesecake recipe and thought it was a great one to try. I like this one because it does not require you to bake!   :P
