Do you actually have to use Stamps.Com for it to credit? Just wondering... I have no plans on using it -- But I will if it will make it credit faster

Oops...I spoke too soon.  It took about 20 minutes, but I got it.

What are you talking about.you mean there are other plans you can choose other then paying 15.00 a month? if so ty for that information. Ill call tomorrow and see.
