Please remain seated and buckled until the train comes to a full and complete stop.

I rode a train yesterday from Richmond, VA to Raleigh, NC.  I enjoy it, most of the time.  Yesterday, the ride seemed to have more than the usual number of crying babies, and, of course, a lot of college students were traveling, so it was pretty crowded.  My main reason for riding the train is I like the fact I don't have to drive that long drive myself.  And I can read or sleep or just look out the window.  I run across a lot of nice people, and, being a people watcher, it's usually pretty interesting.

I didn't feel like watching whatever video you posted, but I'd ridden tons of trains and I love them! They don't have a train system in my town, so when we travel to different countries every summer I always ride the trains.  I hate when there's nowhere to sit though.  Or when trains are super crowded. I hate physical contact, so strangers standing that close to me freaks me out.  But I think train systems are so organized, especially subways.  They save space too.

Your reply didn't really have anything to do with the video, so maybe you should have watched it  :confused1:

Lol, train lost. And the video appeared to be a security cam, not handheld.

Only subway and amusement park trains. I would love to take a cross country train trip. If ever in Sacramento, check out the train museum.

Yes I got to ride one while I was in Canada. My dad used to work for the railroad so when I was young I got to get on the trains a lot.

;)  In the early 1970's I rode a superfast train in Europe...I thought we were flying on earth. It was a fantastic experience.
