Pop-up windows

Not really a suggestion or a complaint, just curious . . . is there a reason why almost every link in FC pops up to a new tab or window?  I understand opening a new window directly to the advertisers, but as I'm clicking all the offers within FC, I noticed that I have multiple windows (sometimes 5 or 6) just for FC.  Anyone else find this a little annoying or does this have to happen for some reason?

I don't really find this annoying. I just use google chrome and instead of getting new windows I get new tabs. Its much easier. I am already used to having a lot of tabs open at the same time, so its not that annoying.

I have noticed that, too, but it doesn't really bother me.  I just take care of business then close the window!

That's what I do.  I close the tabs that I'm not currently using.  Firefox opens new tabs just like Chrome, but IE opens new Windows.  Just wondering if there was a reason for it.

   I noticed it happens for FC website only. I think it is the way the website was designed for security purposes.

For the most part I actually prefer it that way. Someplaces if they don't do that you can right click a link and open in a new tab or window. Sometimes it is a pain getting so many pags opened at once but I don't find it to be that bad with FC.
