Hello, I'am a newbie... Does it get easier?

newbie checking in. it is a bit discouraging when trying to do surveys and after answering a lot of questions they drop you and say you are not what they need, should get partial credit or something for the time we put in! also waiting for real player and babylon to credit after their downloads but still seeing nothing. hopefully it all goes through!

I have been using this site for almost a year, and no problems up until now. It has come through for me good, until now, don't know why surveys are not crediting.

It does get easier.  It takes some time to figure out exactly what you are willing to do and how it works.  Don't give up.

Make sure you account is in good standing.  Go to your account page and make sure that you have completed all of what is in the verification (on the left side second one down) make sure you have 3 blue check marks for the first 3 items listed there if not complet it and make sure you have completed your account information like birthday etc.  Otherwise I have not idea.  Hope this is your problem. It was mine once I finished all of the blue check marks all has been working fine for me.  Good Luck and have fun!!
