Yep. Worked like a charm. For someone with patience, a 100,000+ score is very possible. No timers at all. I'm gonna shoot for a 25,000+ score later this month. I'm tired now and my reflexes too slow ;-)

 

Well 100,000+ score isn't possible that I know of. I just went through the 10 levels and barely got 1st highscore of 11,330 :-/

I completed this and it was pretty easy. The only problem I came across was that I wanted to use WASD instead of the arrows. Oh well.

I had issues opening it with FF as well, I have yet to try IE but thanks for the advice!

IE worked fine for me, it was a pretty fun game too. Got 8,000 pts or so.

the controls were too slow for me... i lack the patience to watch the guy jump s l o w l y . . . but that's my problem lol.  it loaded perfectly fine with internet explorer, for me.  i'm running windows vista, on a pc.

FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK!!! YAY!1 MADE 8000+ points.  I entered my name but couldn't see it after exiting.  How do we get paid for this?

I got this to work fine for me and never knew it was here until I saw this thread. However, my right arrow key has a huge problem with sticking, I think someone got something caught down in it.
As a result, my little dude is only able to take one step at a time v  e   r   y  -  s   l   o   w   l   y.......... I have killed him at least 50 times.
If I make 5,000 points it will be an outright miracle!

I didn't put in the right "code letters" to register my game score, and had to do it over again.  I'm not real coordinated with the arrow keys.  I kept "launching" the poor dude into space myself, until I got the hang of it.

I'm just happy that I can play on my Mac.  Seemed earlier that only Internet Explorer browser was the only one that worked for the flash games.  Glad I went back to try it one more time.

I'm happy it finally worked for you. The thing that bums me the most is that this game is simpler and slower than most and since I am NOT a gamer, the other ones are impossibly frustrating for me. I was excited because I thought "Ooooh, I might finally get some $$ from a game!" I have a gut feeling my youngest son was eating or drinking the last time he was on my computer and that's how it got 'gunked' up. Of course he claimed complete innocence when I asked him about over the phone an hour ago.  I have one last trick up my sleeve to try and fix the key, so I hope it works.

I was excited because I thought "Ooooh, I might finally get some $$ from a game!" I have a gut feeling my youngest son was eating or drinking the last time he was on my computer and that's how it got 'gunked' up. Of course he claimed complete innocence when I asked him about over the phone an hour ago.  I have one last trick up my sleeve to try and fix the key, so I hope it works.

1. add/remove programs
2. if you have vista, try disc cleanup
3. download ccleaner
4. if you have an older version of mcafee use the maintain computer function, it is fantastic for cleaning up "gunk"
5. set up your browser to delete "gunk" with the ctrl+sht+del function

If you rely on your pc to store your passwords or things of the like, they will all be deleted as those options I mentioned really "strip" down everything not needed, it is really great for keeping a fast running pc if you know what your doing or know someone else that does

sorry for off-topic but it relates to being able to run those flash games as they use up a bit of system resources to run properly

We're talking about the "Flash Games" located in your "Pay To click" that you do everyday (for $.15).  In the list of sites (Weather, Entertainment, Gas Prices, Recipes, etc.), there is a site called "Flash Games".  The Admin. has picked a game for August that we can play, and get paid $.50, provided we score at least 5,000 points.  This month it's called "Space Dude".  Last month (July), it was something else.

Special Note:  Read what your code letters are and write them down before you start playing.  They are in the paragraph at the top of the game.  If you make 5,000+ points, these letters have to be entered in the high points  players list.  If you don't do this, the system doesn't recognize who you are, and you don't get paid.  I found out the hard way, and had to play "Space Dude" again from the start, and make my points all over again.  I'll be crossed eyed for days!!

I had a lot of trouble coordinating the jumping and moving from side to side at the same time.  It didn't help that on my system, the "dude" looked like he walked with a pronounced limp.  I think my reaction/response time on my system is slow.  It wasn't actually fun to me.  Did it for the coin.  Not a gamer myself

for anyone having difficulty with the size of the popup

use IE magnifier at the bottom right side of the screen, for newer versions of IE and make it 5-20x the original size, helps tremendously for me

in FF just hold down ctrl and use scroll up and down to resize the game
