I signed up (with my card), got $5 credited from Fusion Cash, then cancelled it before the trial was up. 

Be careful what you say on the Forum. Telling someone that it's ok to cancel an offer is against the Terms of Service. Same with telling people you didn't want the service, but you signed up anyway.
