Definitely Chicken or Red meat, veggie burger no ty...I am all for people that choose to be vegetarian but its just not for me..I think my daughter would die of starvation without her chicken, anything chicken is her best friend.

Chicken! Actually, I always use ground turkey. I squish it all down in a skillet, making it so flat that it's got holes in it from where it's torn apart, then I cook it until it's slightly charred (and very crispy!) and then flip it and just sorta darken the other side. Then, I make it into a sandwich! Mmm, I think I'lkl go have that right now!
