Anyone have trouble with the Direct TV offer?

I signed up and ordered it about a week ago and still have no credit.
They are coming to install next Saturday...

When will I get my credit?

Hey,

That stinks..FC says on the account page that it can take up to 30 days  :sad1: to get credit for completing an offer like that..also..I had trouble with IE 8...when I attempted to click what receiver I wanted it wouldn't let me then I signed in on Firefox and that worked out just fine

that's awesome.  the irony is that direct tv is actually an awesome service.  i had them for years when i rented a house.  had to move to an apartment that doesn't face the proper way now for a satellite dish.  now i'm on comcast and they suck!  HD quality is worse, customer service is just as bad.

customer service on direct tv isn't great, but the picture & DVR quality is much better.  you get better channels too.

when i get out of my apartment i'll do the direct tv offer through FC for sure  :)

That is good to know. I have never used Direct and have thought about doing that offer. Glad to know it worked for you, pushes me in that direction even more :wave:
