I Need Help

I completed a number of surveys (such as MyThoughtCounts) and when I was not credited for them I check the list of offers I have clicked and it told me to "check account", I did, and all it does is take me to my account page :-[ What do I do?

I've not had that problem. Try asking Kohler or hopefully someone else will help you.

When you complete an offer, especially surveys, keep the browser window open on your screen for 5-8 minutes or so...
I've learned it helps in the credit process  ;)

You can always "Open A Support Ticket" with Customer Service for further assistance.
Click on the "SUPPORT" Link @ the bottom of FC Screens for instructions on the process.

Just remember, if you do not receive credit neither does FusionCash  :P

i've learned that those type of surveys are generally timed so take your time doing them. and leve the last page (where it says thank you) opened for a long time i usually leave it open for how ever long it takes for me to get my credit
