I also received one with a $5 bill in it. This is the 2nd one I have received from them. I will fill out the survey and return it in hopes of getting more!

Just got mine as well! This is my second. I received one a few months ago. I always send them back because I want to keep getting them.

I think this was my 4th or 5th.  Last summer Consumer survey was an offer of FC.  They send periodically.  The lengthy survey comes with usually a $5 bill, once it came with a $2 bill.  They ask that you complete the survey and mail it back to them in an envelope they provide.  If you don't do right away, they send a reminder.  Its a very long survey.  but, hey, we spend longer on some on line, without knowing if we're going to qualify!  Not a bad deal!

I just got my second 5 dollar bill in the mail from this company, its very easy just fill the survey out and send it back and spend your 5 dollars  :thumbsup:

haha even though alot of people maybe uncomfortable with giving their addresses in offers, this makes people maybe feel more comfortable in putting in their address :) haha

It can take awhile.
But I loved the five dollars in the mail.
I was about to throw it away,and was like hmmm.. i remember someone on FC saying they got five dollars on something like this.
