Getting a new IP address?
« on: July 11, 2010, 09:39:31 pm »
Our wireless router broke and in the process of installing a new one (turning
off the cable modem) and turning it on again accidentally got a new IP address.
Will this effect my account?

You'll be fine- I moved last year, got a new IP, and didn't suffer any ill effects.

I'm guessing it's okay as long as you stay in the USA.

It's ok. Just don't try to create other accounts with different IP addresses. That's considered fraud.
