Banana Bread recipe

1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed very ripe bananas ( 3 Medium)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of chopped walnuts

Grease two bread pans
Heat oven to 350

Mix sugar and butter in large bowl,stir in eggs until well blended.Stir in bananas,buttermilk and vanilla beat until smooth.Stir in flour,baking soda and salt just until moistened then stir in nuts.Divide evenly in two bread pans.Takes from one hour to 15 minutes to bake or until toothpick inserted comes out clean..Cool 10 minutes.Loosen loaves from pans,remove from pan.Cool completely 2 hours before slicing.Wrap tightly store at room temperature up to 4 days or refrigerate up to ten days.

  i don't know why i clicked on this! i shouldnt be eating anything sugary right now! instead of losing weight this week i gained. i cheated too much and didn't drink enough water 
well, maybe in a couple of weeks i can cheat again and i'll try this recipe. me and hubby and kids L O V E banana bread!!!!
