He Want Move and Its Another Saturday Night.
« on: July 10, 2010, 05:15:45 pm »
Well here is another Saturday night nothing to do.  My husband and I need to find something to do on Saturday beside watching tv.  I hopeing I can get him out to go for a walk, or just anything. I know he works alot and he is tired but he needs to do something beside working. Do any of you women out there have trouble getting  your  husband, boy friends to do anything beside work. So I am asking what do you do on a Saturday night and how you get him to move.

Maybe take him bowling or play mini golf?

i know what you mean! my guy is a huge homebody
and a penny pincher, so its difficult trying to convince
him to go out. i guess i can be this way too though,
when i'm the one working endlessly, so i can understand
being completely drained and not wanting to move
from the couch...

at one point, i started doing a few things here and there
by myself. i would go see a movie or go grab something
to eat, or even go for a walk alone. i didn't do it out of
spite or anything -- i did it because i wanted to, and
i kinda felt like he was keeping me from doing little things
like that, so in order to not resent him for that, i decided
to go ahead and make myself happy.

...although it wasn't my intentions, he did start to feel
left out and gradually offered to do things with me more.
he even found himself having fun after work and not feeling
as drained because he could put the dread of the next day
out of his mind  :peace:

   A SUGGESTION that is CHEAP and done at home, yet VERY EXCITING. Back years ago, when I had a man that worked hard, BUT we had very little money and no car, I stayed home.  Every Friday, I would spend the entire day making us a perfect date nite at home. Clean the house, change the sheets, Give myself a perfect bath, with shaved legs, douche, wash and set my hair, jewlery with  my favorite perfume, and whatever outfit suited my mood. Sometimes it would be a long evening gown, sometimes a sexy nightie, sometimes NOTHING BUT A long Black Leather coat that was buttoned up, and sometimes STARK NAKED. I would have a home cooked meal on the table, OR in the oven, depending on my immediate plan for the evening. I would also have candles and some kind of WILD  flowers on the table. HE NEVER KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT,BUT WE BOTH THOROUGHLY ENJOYED IT ALL, ESPECIALLY THE MUTUAL MASSAGES. Come Saturday, He was ready and happy to do ANYTHING I wanted.

Oh, what precious memories that cost virtually nothing but my imagination.

i completely understand exactly what you mean........something you can do just like someone else suggested is to start doing things on your own that make you happy. You can surprise him as well like maybe being all dressed up and ready to go by the time he is home this might give him a huge hint that you really mean it when you say i want to go out and do someting.
