I've always heard that talking to yourself is completely normal.. it's when you start answering your own questions or arguing with yourself that people might find peculiar. Sadly, I've been doing both for as long as I can remember. : It is a good stress relief for me though, to get my ideas out in the open. Sometimes hearing a problem is easier to figure out than just thinking about it. For me, anyway.
